For over twenty years F.I.M. has taken countless teams of lay leaders and pastors into third world nations. We do not charge our international partners for materials, training or ministry. We give them all supplies and training so they can take the materials to train and educate their congregations, businesses or church groups. We have planted over 30 two-year Bible training centers in seven countries for pastors & lay leaders. By working along aside these international leaders we have established solid working relationships with credible ministries, churches and governmental agencies.
Our work in the nations includes, training pastors, children, youth leaders, business leaders and lay workers. There is a tremendous need for youth and children ministries training as most of the third world sees children and youth as side issues. We were the first group to bring in children’s training and have seen tremendous success in that field. First to train on Kingdom principals and five-fold ministry gifts given to the church. (We have fledgling schools in Kenya/Uganda) Our long term goal is to establish self- sustaining ministry and business modes; so the churches/schools can support themselves.
This year we opened a full mission station and four -year Bible College in Nagaland, India. The school has started with 24 students. We have worked for seven years on this project (paying as we go) the College is 95% complete. It can house 200 fulltime Bible students; we have men’s dorm and women’s facilities complete. We need still need to finish out the dining hall and digital library. We need a deeper well for water. We need approx. $30,000 to complete this project.
